We like to think that it is our team that will help make the Hat & Feathers a much-loved venue in Clerkenwell. Each member has been hand-picked for their specialist experience and recognized talent.

Ryan Gatward, General Manager

Ryan GatwardRyan joined the Hat and Feathers before its opening and was responsible for getting the business up and running for the proprietors. Previously Ryan was manager at Somerset House, which included The Admiralty Restaurant and The Terrace. Prior to that he managed Whites and the Criterion for Marco Pierre White and had worked his way up through the business at other establishments including Conran and aboard the QEII.

 

Perry Butler, Head Chef

Head Chef Perry Butler is responsible for the ever evolving menus at the Hat & Feathers. Relentlessly expanding on his top hotel experience, he now has full control and continues to impress the diners with consistently great food
