The Hat & Feathers was built in 1860 by two theatre designers, Finch Hill and Paraire. She was fully restored to her former grandeur and reopened in December 2006.

Cocktail Master Class
As usual we are beavering away here at The Hat & Feathers to bring some joy and laughter to the more miserable months of the year, and we've come up with a cracker for you!
This time we have teamed up with our lovely friends at Bacardi.
There are limited places for The Cocktail Master Class, Thursday 4th February 2010.
The evening is £30 which involves you learning to make (and drink) 4 different cocktails under the smooth instruction of our guest mixologist. This is a 'hands on' workshop with careful emphasis on cocktail skills and, of course, having a giggle throughout! It starts at 7.30 sharp and will take a couple of hours, depending on how rowdy the crowd gets!

The bar serves from 12.00pm - 11:00pm Monday to Thursday and from 12.00pm until midnight Fridays and Saturdays.
Food is available from 12.00pm - 2.30pm Monday to Friday and from 6.00pm until late Monday to Saturday.
